Before the pandemic, communities and in-person events were not always in lock-step, and even sometimes at odds. The pandemic brought to the forefront virtual events and even as things returned to normalcy, hybrid events became usual and integrations with community were more the norm than the exception. If you're like me, some of this is new ground, but it's exciting nonetheless.
